I need advice

Is this a good idea?  Or is it wishful thinking?
She is 3, and loves to help mommy clean-up (most of the time).  They're really simple things too, almost all of them she does everyday already.  I'm thinking of printing it up and laminating it so we can put check marks when she's done with her "job".  Then at the end of the week, she'll get a little something to say: good job!  Do you think this is too early?

Flash Back

I seriously cannot believe how little Mara used to be!  This was the Summer of 2009.  Her squishy cheeks, and that smile just melt my heart.  I miss my little miss Mara sometimes, but luckily she's been a joy at every stage so far!  The one she's in now, just might be my favorite.  Anyways, I couldn't help but share these pictures.  Oh my, I love her!

Fish Lake!

For Christmas last year my parents told us they rented a cabin in Fish Lake during the summer!  What a perfect gift that turned out to be!  It was during Sean's 2 week vacation so he got to go for the whole time.  Everything was so perfect.  The cabin was amazing, the fishing was great, and it was so fun hanging out with the family away from everything!  No computer or cell phones.  It was a much needed getaway from everything.  The kids loved every second of it, and so did we.  I told my mom that she should do this every year for Christmas!  Enjoy!

Snow Shack

We LOVE snow cones, and couldn't wait to get Logan his 1st!  Then I realized...I'm pretty sure Mara's never had one.  Had it really been that long since we got one?  Turns out it had...and guess what?  They're not as good as I remembered.  After a couple bites I felt sick from so much sugar.  I felt so old and boring.  Of course the kids totally loved them, so it was totally worth it!

That night we also roasted hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire.  It was a super fun relaxing day.

Boondocks

For Steve's birthday we all went to Boondocks.  It was SO much fun!  I thought Logan might get sad because there wasn't much for him to do, but he loved every second of it.  His favorite part was the mini-golf.  They had little hockey sticks for the babies to use so he thought he was pretty darn cool.  He looked like Happy Gilmour running around.  He'd hit the ball with daddy, and run after it.  Then pick it up and throw it in the hole.  Mara was also in heaven because anywhere "the Boys" are she considers heaven.  She follows them around like a little puppy dog.  We're lucky that they absolutely love her right back!  Here are the pictures
You know he had fun when he passes out in the car.

Getting ready for the fun to begin!

He entertained himself for a good while by throwing things through the fence and trying to retrieve them.

Mara was WAY too short to ride this, but the kid didn't say anything!  I was glad because we would've had one sad girl on our hands.

I have to be honest, we didn't see much of Mara all day.  So I didn't get a lot of pictures with her.
